Terms of Service
These are the binding terms that govern your use of Spin Up GPU (“us”, “we”, “the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms in full.
1. Service
Spin Up GPU provides access to GPU compute, managed containers, serverless inference, billing, and related tooling through console.spinupgpu.com and associated APIs.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific GPU availability, or uptime beyond any written commitment attached to your plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep credentials secure. If you become aware of unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
Master/admin access is not guaranteed as a service level unless expressly stated.
3. Billing
Pricing, rates, and packaging may change over time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
Credits and token packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire unless stated. There is no automatic renewal unless explicitly disclosed. You are responsible for monitoring usage.
No refunds on:
- partially used GPU time, storage, or bandwidth
- tokens or prepaid credit packages
- cancelled mid-cycle deployments or stopped pods
- any charges already processed through our payment processors
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for illegal activity, malware, harassing behavior, abuse of resources, or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer platform components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, unpaid balances may remain due and prepaid credits become forfeited.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published. Continued use means acceptance. For material changes we may apply prominent notice.
